Tasks

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct user research to enhance user experience and product features.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Experience with wireframing tools and user experience design.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, including Claude Code and Codex.
• Knowledge of Vibe Coding and Agentic Engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the HR analytics and human resource management tools.
• Familiarity with additional project management tools.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations.
