We are seeking a passionate and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of transforming data into actionable insights, working closely with product and marketing teams to help shape strategy and support the scalable growth of our games.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to improve player experience, retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Analyze marketing performance and user acquisition funnels to optimize ROI.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support decision-making.
- Write advanced SQL queries and develop scripts to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support product and growth strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and game teams to embed data-driven thinking into daily decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working on large data sets.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimentation methodologies.
- Passion for mobile games and curiosity about player behavior.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced start-up environment.
