We are seeking an experienced Lead Signal Processing Engineer specializing in Signal Analysis to take a leading role in the analysis, interpretation, and processing of complex communication signals across a broad range of modulation formats and protocols.
Qualifications
Master’s or Higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,
Min. 10 years of hands-on experience in signal analysis, digital communications, or communication system diagnostics,
Deep practical experience in: Modulation/Demodulation (digital & analog methods), Protocol Decoding & Layer-1/Layer-2 Analysis,Frame, burst, and bit-level inspection,Error-Correction Coding & Decoding Algorithms, Multiplexing Techniques, Software Modem Design / Baseband Processing,
Strong understanding of waveform structures and communication technologies such as OFDM, CDMA, PDH, SDH, LTE/LTE-A, 2G/3G, Zigbee, LoRa, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other modern digital standards,
Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and related analytical toolchains,
Experience using industry-standard RF test equipment and SDR environments,
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills,
Excellent command of English,
For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least two years.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced signal analysis across time, frequency, and modulation domains, including symbol extraction, carrier/synchronization evaluation, and signal integrity assessment,
Conduct modulation and demodulation of a wide range of analog and digital communication schemes,
Execute protocol decoding and protocol analysis, including extraction of metadata, message fields, and control information,
Carry out frame, burst, and bit-level analysis to identify errors, impairments, timing issues, and protocol irregularities,
Analyze and implement error-correction coding methods (e.g., convolutional, turbo, LDPC, Reed–Solomon) and evaluate decoding performance,
Evaluate and troubleshoot multiplexing schemes (TDM, FDM, CDM, OFDM, hybrid methods) and their interactions with system performance
Design, implement, and refine components of software-based modems, including synchronization, filtering, equalization, demapping, and BER/FER evaluation etc.
Develop analytical tools and algorithms using MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++,
Utilize oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, SDR platforms, and similar measurement instruments to capture and assess RF/baseband signals,
Prepare formal technical documentation, test reports, and analysis summaries,
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support cross-functional engineering reviews.
