We’re looking for a Product Specialist who is analytical, proactive, and execution-focused — someone who enjoys working with data, keeping projects moving, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to product ideation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership and exposure to how AI products are built and scaled.
Role Overview
You will help ensure products move forward smoothly, from ideation to execution and growth.
- Monitor product performance and analytics
- Own task tracking and production follow-ups
- Support ideation and experimentation (A/B tests)
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and execution teams
- Provide structured product feedback and basic QA checks
- Support the full product lifecycle with a strong business mindset
- You’ll work closely with founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in product, growth, consulting, analyst, operations, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven thinking
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Ownership mentality: You follow things through to completion and release
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience with mobile apps or AI-driven products
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)
