We are seeking a passionate, creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of creative ideation and performance marketing, working closely with our game studio and creative team to scale our games globally.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative marketing ideas and work closely with the creative team to execute high-performing ad creatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks.
- Manage user acquisition efforts to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Develop testing roadmaps and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign results.
- Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing strategies with game updates and live operations.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing spend, revenue, and performance trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new growth channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with the ability to transform ideas into scalable marketing concepts.
- Passion for mobile games and curiosity about player behavior.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
