Siu Digital is a content-driven digital agency with over 30 team members, also housing a tech start-up developing its own software products. We are a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that focuses on continuous production. We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing agency team in Ankara on a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
About the Role
As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of executing daily creative assets and transforming concepts into high-quality visual outputs. You will:
Focus on visual storytelling, ensuring strong execution in design, layout, and composition across all platforms.
Follow design trends closely to create and maintain consistent visual languages, especially for tourism and destination marketing content.
Produce high-quality creative assets for digital platforms, with a primary focus on social media channels.
Partner closely with the Social Media Specialist to brainstorm content formats and execute innovative visual ideas.
Handle digital marketing assets as well as occasional print materials like OOH and flyers.
Actively experiment with AI-based image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and similar) to optimize and speed up production workflows.
Key Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a fast-paced agency environment.
High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
Solid understanding of design requirements for content marketing, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
Strong benchmark analysis skills to adapt global creative trends into daily design assets.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Proficiency in English is preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
